Sherwin Williams Paints
Many of the professional painting contractors in Frisco and Summit County buy their paint at Sherwin Williams. The store doesn't have decorator decor and looks more like a painter's warehouse than a retail store, but they sell good paint and do a great job matching colors. If you need a good painter, they can give you a few names of people to call. Their address is 745 Ten Mile Drive, a bit hidden behind the 7-11 on Hwy 9. If you need directions, call them at 668-3131 or check the main Sherwin Williams website.

Samplings Restaurant
Samplings Wine Bar, at 4th and Main in downtown Frisco, specializes in appetizer sized portions together with wine tastings. They will help match the wine to the food if you need suggestions. When eating with a group of people, ordering several different small dishes allows everyone in the group to have a bite of all of them. If you have a small appetite, it may be enough for you for dinner, but many people will want to have dinner later. Samplings was named Top Mountain Restaurant by 5280 Magazine. The food is wonderful; give it a try!

One of our favorite Frisco restaurants, with great southwest inspired food, is always busy. Located at 603 Main St in downtown Frisco, they have a tapas bar, which is a good place for happy hour after work or apres ski. The Boatyard Pizzeria and Grill
Consistently good food and wonderful salads bring people back over and over. Reasonable prices and good service are more reasons to visit them. The owner, Cindy, is there almost all the time and she runs a tight ship. ;) They have a full bar with happy hour every day and their deck is a nice, sunny spot to sit and enjoy your lunch in the summer. The Boatyard is at 304 Main St in Downtown Frisco, and their phone number is 970-886-4728.
